We have prepared a list of frequently asked questions in order to ease your mind on any questions you may have forgotten to ask. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions you may have.

What can I expect at my first session?

In this session and every session, you can expect for your counselor to meet you where you are at, listen to you, respect you, and provide you with a caring, nonjudgmental environment.

This initial session lasts approximately one hour with the primary goals being to: review the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship; discuss the limits of confidentiality; gather background history; and discuss current symptoms. 

How can I schedule an appointment?

Appointments may be scheduled by phone with each individual treatment provider at (979)260-6700.

When are appointments available?

Brazos Valley Christian Counseling provides services Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

What are our prices?

Prices vary depending on the treatment provider you choose to meet with and what you come in for (i.e. individual counseling, forensic work, psychological assessments, etc). Please see links below for specific prices per treatment provider.

What insurance providers do we accept?

Note: We will gladly file a client's primary insurance if it is one of the accepted plans listed below; however, we do not file secondary insurance. If any information is needed for you to file the secondary insurance yourself, we would be glad to provide that information as well. Insurances we accept:
